You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 13 require parental consent. For users under 16, processing of personal data may require parental consent.

3. User Content

You may post emoji art ("Content") to the Service. You retain copyright in your Content, but grant the Service a license to display and distribute it as necessary to operate the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Content defaming or harassing others
• Sexually explicit content or content involving minors inappropriately
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content
• Disrupting the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access, scraping, or automated bulk requests

5. Deletion Rights

Users may delete their own posts using the deletion token issued at posting time. We reserve the right to remove content we deem inappropriate at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

8. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
